Shipping + Returns
We offer complimentary USPS First Class shipping on all US orders. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to package and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.
We also offer USPS Priority 2 Day (3-5 business days), Fedex Overnight (2-3 business days), Fedex 2Day (3-4 business days) and Fedex ground shipping (3-9 business days) at your convenience. Shipping times can vary based on distance.
Tracking information is provided with your shipping confirmation.
International (Outside the US):
We offer complimentary USPS International shipping on orders over $200. Please use code 'FREESHIP'. For orders below $200, our rates are $15 to Canada and $22 for most other countries. If you would like a more secure postal service such as UPS or Fedex, please email us at email@example.com for a quote.
At Miraiko, we take pride in our ability to deliver products that you are fully satisfied with. Therefore we are happy to offer a full refund for any product returned within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Please note that you may return the product so long as it is returned in its original, saleable condition (unused, altered or washed) and in its original packaging with original tags still attached. In addition, a proof of purchase will be required and shipping charges are not refundable.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
For faulty or damaged items, we will waive the return delivery charges after we have received and inspected the item. Unfortunately, due to the limited supply of products we offer, we cannot guarantee an exchange.
Please note: Sale items are non-refundable. Miraiko is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. We maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy.
